35例表麻下直肌移位术治疗水平斜视的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究35例表麻下水平直肌移位术的手术质量及效果。方法总结我院2017-2019共35例水平斜视患者表麻下水平直肌移位术的手术操作及术后疗效评价。结果表麻下水平直肌移位术较局部浸润麻醉斜视手术组织暴露更加良好,术中利于眼位观察,术毕组织水肿轻,恢复迅速。结论表麻下水平直肌移位术是一种良好的手术方式选择,简单实用值得基层医院临床推广。Objetive To study the quality and effect of 35 cases of horizontal recti transposition under topical anesthesia.Methods We summarize the process and post-clinical effectiveness of 35 operations of horizontal recti transposition under topical anesthesia on horizontal strabismus patients.Result Horizontal recti transposition under topical anesthesia performed better than strabotomy under local infiltration anesthesia,facilitating the observation of eye position during operation.The tissue edema was slight and recovery was rapid after the operation.Conclusions Horizontal recti transposition under topical anesthesia is a good choice among surgical methods.
