消渴丸+六味地黄丸对2型糖尿病的药理及临床效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究分析在治疗2型糖尿病患者过程中消渴丸与六味地黄丸联合用药的临床治疗疗效。方法选取2017年5月—2019年7月期间该院收治的120例2型糖尿病患者作为观察对象,按照治疗方式的不同将所有研究对象分为观察组(接受消渴丸与六味地黄丸联合用药治疗方式)与对照组(接受单纯消渴丸治疗方式),各60例。对比观察两组糖尿病患者中医症状疗效以及相关血糖指标。结果观察组糖尿病患者接受治疗后疲乏(χ^2=7.925,P=0.005)、气短(χ^2=10.267,P=0.001)等中医症状疗效显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者接受治疗后空腹血糖(t=8.176,P=0.000)、餐后2 h血糖(t=8.012,P=0.000)以及糖化血红蛋白指标(t=17.622,P=0.000)与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病的治疗过程中,给予患者消渴丸联合六味地黄丸治疗方式能够有效提升治疗疗效,减少药物不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoke Pills combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in the hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 were selected as observation objects,and all the study subjects were divided into observation groups according to different treatment methods(receiving Xiaoke Pills and Liuwei Dihuang Pills in combination treatment mode)and the control group(receiving simple Xiaoke pill treatment)in 60 cases each.The efficacy of TCM symptoms and related blood glucose indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Patients with diabetes in the observation group received fatigue(χ^2=7.925,P=0.005)and shortness of breath(χ^2=10.267,P=0.001).The efficacy of TCM symptoms was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);Fasting blood glucose(t=8.176,P=0.000),2 h postprandial blood glucose(t=8.012,P=0.000)and glycated hemoglobin index(t=17.622,P=0.000)were statistically different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes,the treatment of Xiaoke Pills combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
