摘　　要：为了解蔬菜纸的性能和特点,本文介绍了蔬菜纸的研究意义、国内外研究现状和加工工艺,为今后蔬菜纸的进一步研究提供综合性参考。In order to understand the properties and characteristics of vegetable paper,this paper summarizes the research significance,research status and processing technology of vegetable paper at home and abroad,and provides a comprehensive reference for further research of vegetable paper in the future.
