摘　　要：目的 实现冠心病(CAD)大数据多学科交叉和产学研应用.方法 基于SQL Server数据开发系统,由专业的放射科和心内科医生对CAD多模态影像和临床数据进行标准化整理和上传.并设置了专业的网站入口进行数据库的动态管理.结果 本网络数据库实现了每个病例影像和临床数据匹配显示,包括临床表现、CAD分类、治疗、随访、血液指标以及CTA、DSA和血管内超声(IVUS)等多模态影像数据.结论 CAD综合数据库是一个以影像大数据为基础的多中心数据库,具有动态录入和开放式应用等功能.数据库的建立将有助于提高临床CAD的医教研水平,为人工智能软件开发提供大数据支持.Objective To establish the network database of coronary artery disease(CAD)for the multi-disciplinary intersection and the application of industry,university and research based on imaging big data.Methods The system was developed based on SQL Server,Multi-modal images and clinical data of CAD were standardized and uploaded by professional radiologists and cardiologists.And a professional website was set up to manage the database dynamies.Results The network database realized the matching display of imaging and clinical data for each case,including clinical findings,classification of CAD,treatment,follow up,blood index,and multimodal image data such as CTA,DSA and IVUS.Conclusion The CAD database is a multi-center comprehensive database based on imaging big data,and has dynamic input and open application functions.This database will help to improve the level of medical education and research of clinical CAD.And it provides a big data support for the development of artificial intelligence software.
