摘　　要：原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)的病因和发病机制现今尚不明确。该病的治疗方法很多,目前一般先行口服药物治疗,药物无效或患者无法耐受药物不良反应时可选择外科治疗,包括显微血管减压术、射频热凝术、伽马刀治疗、球囊压迫术等。治疗方法的多样化使临床医生和患者在选择合适的治疗方法时常感到困惑。本文是对三叉神经痛的治疗进展进行回顾性总结。There is a lack of certainty regarding the etiology and pathophysiology of primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN).This disease can be treated with several ways.Oral medical treatment is preferred firstly now,when it fails or severe adverse reactions cannot be tolerated by patients,surgical treatment becomes necessary,including microvascular decompression,radiofrequency thermocoagulation,gamma knife radio surgery,balloon compression,and so on.This multitude of treatments always puzzles the doctors and patients,which treatment fits which patients best.In this summary,the progresses of current treatments of PTN are reviewed.
