摘 要:研究复合塑料包装材料中爽滑剂芥酸酰胺在不同剂量60Co-γ辐照下的稳定性,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对辐照前后3种复合塑料包装材料样品聚酰胺/聚乙烯(PA/PE)共挤膜、乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物/聚乙烯(EVOH/PE)共挤膜和聚酰胺/乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物/聚乙烯(PA/EVOH/PE)共挤膜中的芥酸酰胺及其标准品进行检测,考察其含量变化以及向脂类食品模拟物中的迁移情况,并结合红外光谱对辐照前后芥酸酰胺标准品的稳定性进行了初步分析。结果表明:芥酸酰胺在1~5 mg/L的范围内线性良好,相关系数R2为0.999,检出限为0.050 mg/L,定量限为0.167 mg/L,加标回收率在92.4%~104.2%之间,相对标准偏差在1.8%~8.6%之间,该方法具有较好的灵敏度和准确度,结果可靠。芥酸酰胺标准品在辐照条件下较为稳定,没有产生新的化学键;随着辐照剂量的增加,样品中芥酸酰胺的含量经历了先升高后降低的过程,向脂肪食品模拟物中迁移量随辐照剂量的增加有缓慢地上升,最大迁移率为0.05%。The primary objective of the present study is to evaluate the stability of slipping agent erucamide in composite plastic packaging materials under different doses of 60Co-γirradiation.For this purpose,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used on the determination of erucamide and its standards in three kinds of plastic composite packaging materials:PA/PE co-extruded film,EVOH/PE co-extruded film and PA/EVOH/PE co-extruded film,and to inspect its content change and migration to fat food simulants before and after irradiation.In addition,the stability of erucamide standard before and after irradiation was also analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that erucamide had a good linearity in the range of 1~5 mg/L,with correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999,the detection limit was 0.050 mg/L,the limit of quantification was 0.167 mg/L,and recovery of standard addition was from 92.4%to 104.2%,while relative standard deviation(RSD)was between 1.8%and 8.6%.So this method had good sensitivity and accuracy and the result was reliable.The standard erucamide was stable under irradiation conditions,and no new bonds were made.With the increase of irradiation dose,the content of erucamide in the sample increased on the first and then decreased.The migration of erucamide into fat food simulants increased slowly with the increase of the irradiation dose,and the maximum mobility was 0.05%.
