摘  要:使用惰性的玻璃微珠作为芯材,用密胺(MF)树脂对其进行包覆,通过平行实验法研究了预聚体配制及包覆过程中不同工艺条件对产物形貌及粒径等方面的影响。结果显示:在制备MF树脂预聚体时,三聚氰胺/甲醛物质的量比为1:2.5,温度80℃,pH值7.5,聚合时间40~60 min时制备出的预聚体较为稳定。在制备微胶囊时,芯囊质量比为1:20,温度65℃,pH值5.5,包覆时间60 min,搅拌速率400 r/min的条件下制备的微胶囊质量最好,微胶囊的形态完整,包覆产物团聚现象和MF树脂结块较少,粒径较小且粒径分布较窄。The inert glass beads with simple structure are used as the core material and coated with melamine-formaldehyde resin.The effects of different process conditions on the coating process,such as temperature,pH value,coating time,stirring speed,mass ratio of microcapsules and the mole ratio of melamine/formaldehyde,are studied through parallel experiments,as well as the effects on the size of microcapsules after coating.The experimental results show that when the melamine/formaldehyde mole ratio is 1:2.5,the temperature is 80℃,the pH is 7.5,and the polymerization time is between 40~60 min,the prepared prepolymer is relatively stable.When preparation of microcapsules,the core capsule mass ratio is 1:20,the temperature is 65℃,the pH is 5.5,the coating time is 60 min,and the stirring rate is 400 r/min,the microcapsules are the best.The morphology of the microcapsules is complete,there is no agglomeration phenomenon and the prepolymer solidifies,and the particle size is smaller and the particle size distribution is narrower.
