摘　　要：该文基于PDCA循环和风险管理的概念,分析了PDCA循环与风险管理的关系,并进行有效地融合,通过外包软件过程质量管控的实践应用,能较好地提高外包软件的质量。Based on the concept of PDCA cycle and risk management,this paper analyzes the relationship between PDCA cycle and risk management,and carries out effective integration,Through the practical application of outsourcing software process quality control,the quality of outsourcing software can be better improved.
