摘　　要：科技创新管理体系是公司实现技术创新目标的根本途径,是综合考虑科技创新管理影响因素和创新全过程的任务要求对公司创新管理职能的履行,对科技创新管理的成熟度进行评价可以发现体系建设与管理中存在的问题,帮助其不断改进。通过文献分析、调研与专家会议等,本文建立了科技创新管理成熟度评价指标体系,再通过设计不同阶段、不同领域权重,对中车株洲所下属15家参评单位的科技创新管理成熟度进行了评价,并指出存在的问题,提出了改进对策。The scientific and technological innovation management system is the fundamental way for the company to achieve the goal of technological innovation.It is the performance of the company's innovation management function by comprehensively considering the influencing factors of scientific and technological innovation management and the task requirements of the whole process of innovation.Evaluating the maturity of scientific and technological innovation management can find out the problems in the system construction and management,and help it improve continuously.Through literature analysis,investigation,and expert meetings,the evaluation index system of management maturity of scientific and technological innovation is obtained.By designing the weights of different fields in different stages,the evaluation index system of management maturity of scientific and technological innovation is established.The maturity of science and technology innovation management of 15 participating units under CRRC Zhuzhou Institute was evaluated,and the existing problems were pointed out,and the improvement countermeasures were put forward.
