摘　　要：目的了解1+X证书制度下职业院校护理老年方向学生择业动机及对老年患者的态度。方法 2019年9月,采用整群抽样抽取常德职业技术学院护理系老年方向学生111名,采用一般资料问卷、护生老年护理择业动机问卷、加利福尼亚大学老年患者态度量表调查学生择业动机及对老年患者的态度。结果学生对1+X制度的知晓率较低;择业动机的总平均得分为(68.93±11.06)分,总体处于中等水平,其中重要性维度得分最高,为(17.75±3.57)分;学生对老年患者态度得分为(42.22±7.20)分,处于偏积极态度,其中各维度中得分最高为同情,为(15.01±2.68)分。结论学生对老年患者态度偏积极,对工作的重要性有一定程度的认识,但对老年照护的择业动机总体处于中等水平,需要进一步引导和提升。Objective To understand the motivation of the students’ career choice and the attitude to the elderly with the 1+X Certification System. Methods One hundred and eleven students from the elderly nursing Division of Changde Vocational Technical College were sampled by cluster sampling in September 2019. And the general data questionnaire, the questionnaire of the nursing career and the attitude scale of old patients in the University of California were used to investigate the motivation of career choice and the attitude to elderly patients. Results The students’ awareness rate of the 1+X Certification System was lower. The score of the motivation for job selection was(68.93±11.06) points which ranked at the middle level, with the importance dimension score being the highest(17.75±3.57). And the score of the attitude to elderly patients was(42.22±7.20), which showed positive attitude. The score of sympathetic ranked top among all the dimensions which was(15.01±2.68).Conclusions The students hold a positive attitude to elderly patients. The awareness on career reached a certain extent. However, the motivation for job selection was at a moderate level which should be improved.
