摘 要:基于新能源发电单元与柴油发电机组并联构成的新能源混合动力船舶,针对船舶电网具有三相不平衡、含低次谐波、直流偏压以及负载突变时电压与频率瞬态波动大等固有电能质量不佳问题、新能源接口逆变器锁相要求,依据二阶广义积分器(SOGI)具有的低通与带通特性,提出了一种适应于的新能源混合动力船舶交流电力系统锁相电路结构SOGI-FDE-FLL,包括基于SOGI的锁频电路(SOGI-FLL)与基于SOGI的前置级滤波器(SOGI-FDE)两部分,前者实现电压与频率快速而准确的跟踪,后者除高频滤波外,实现了直流偏压的消除及正序分量的提取。通过理论研究与仿真分析,获得了电路参数的优化设计方法。实验结果表明,所提出的基于SOGI锁相电路结构在电网电压幅值、频率跃变时,锁定的电压幅值、频率无振荡,且动态调节时间小于3个低频周期,验证了其在船舶电网电能质量极差条件下锁相速度快、锁相效果良好。A hybrid shipboard power system was proposed which consists of new-energy generator and diesel generator.For the shipboard ac grid voltage has the special features of high voltage/frequency swing,unbalanced,subharmonic and dc-offset,the phase-locked loop(PLL)requirement of the new energy grid-connected converter,a new type of PLL circuit based on second order generalized integrator(SOGI)with low-frequency pass and band-frequency pass features was proposed,named SOGI-FED-FLL(SOGI based frequency-locked loop and positive sequence extractor).It consists of SOGI-FLL(SOGI based frequency-locked loop)and SOGI-FDE(SOGI based positive sequence extractor).The former component is to obtain the amplitude and frequency information from its input voltage signal,and the latter can achieve not only SOGI based pre-filter but also dc bias attenuation and positive sequence extracting.By analyzing the theory,the optimal designing method of the key parameters was obtained.The experimental output locked voltage of the proposed PLL circuit have good transient response within 3 periods without resonant when the grid voltage and frequency is jumping,which verifies this proposed circuit has excellent locked quality and transient response in adverse grid conditions on the shipboard power system.
