摘　　要：自然义务观是新时代生态治理的核心理念之一,涵盖尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然等核心内容,具有丰富深刻的马克思主义底蕴。确立尊重自然的义务,这是“自然界对于人类的优先存在性和本原地位”思想的理念启示;履行顺应自然的义务,这是“自然规律对人类的刚性制约”思想的必然要求;践行保护自然的义务,这是“人在人与自然关系中的价值主体地位”思想的根本体现。切实推进新时代的国家生态治理取得突破性进展,要求在深刻理解马克思主义人与自然关系思想的基础上,自觉践行尊重、顺应和保护自然的自然义务观。The natural obligation view is one of the core concepts of ecological governance in the new era,covering the core contents of respecting nature,conforming to nature,protecting nature,etc. which has rich and profound Marxist thought of the relationship between man and nature. To establish the obligation of respecting nature is the inspiration of the idea of "nature priority existence and original position for human beings". To fulfill the obligation of conforming to nature is the inevitable requirement of the thought of "the rigid restriction of natural laws on human beings". To fulfill the obligation of protecting nature is the fundamental embodiment of the thought of "the value subject status of human in the relationship between man and nature". In order to make a breakthrough in the national ecological governance in the new era,it is necessary to consciously practise the natural obligation of respecting,conforming to and protecting nature on the basis of understanding the Marxist thought of the relationship between man and nature.
