摘  要:采用尿素水热法-煅烧法制备了不同Ni/Zn比的ZnNiAl-层状金属氧化物(LDOs)可见光响应型催化剂。将硝酸锌、硝酸铝、硝酸镍按一定配比混合制成水溶液,加入尿素作为沉淀剂,在100℃条件下反应48 h,制得催化剂前驱体;研磨后经600℃高温煅烧制得对可见光响应的催化剂。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外吸收光谱(FTIR)等方法对样品进行结构表征。结果表明,前驱体具有较好的晶型结构,结晶度较高,是具有层板结构的水滑石类化合物;煅烧后的催化剂层间H2O和CO2被去除,未进入类水滑石结构的金属主要以金属氧化物的形式存在;层板结构有些损坏,但板层结构依旧存在,结构更加松散,比表面积增大;Ni2+/Zn2+的比例对层间阴离子官能团没有影响。ZnNiAl-LDOs催化剂对目标污染物对硝基苯酚(PNP)降解的实验表明,当Ni2+/Zn2+比为4,催化剂投加量为0.8 g·L-1时,对初始浓度为10 mg·L-1的PNP,催化剂的光催化效果最佳,光催化反应3h去除率可达到80%。此催化剂具有良好的稳定性,循环使用5次后去除率仍达65%。Visible catalysts of ZnNiAl-Layered double hydroxides(LDOs)with different Ni2+/Zn2+molar ratios were prepared by hydrothermal-calcination synthesis method.The zinc nitrate,aluminum nitrate and nickel nitrate were mixed proportionally in aqueous solution with urea as precipitant,and after 48 h reaction under the temperature of 100℃,catalyst precursor was prepared.Also,grinded and calcined under high temperature of 600℃,the catalyst of ZnNiAl-LDOs responded to visible light was obtained.The structure and morphology of prepared catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results are shown as follows.The precursors of ZnNiAl-Layered double oxides(LDOs)have a good crystal structure with high crystallinity and possess a hydrotalcite structure of layer or plate.H2O and CO2 between layers of calcined catalyst are removed.The metals that does not go into the layer structure of hydrotalcite mainly exist in the form of metal oxide;although there is some damage,it still exists and the layer structure becomes looser,giving rise to an increasing specific surface area.The proportion of Ni2+/Zn2+has no effect on anion functional groups in the layer structure.The degradation experiments on the target pollutants of p-nitrophenol(PNP)with ZnNiAl-LDOs as catalyst showed that,when the ratio of Ni2+/Zn2+was 4 and the catalyst dosage was 0.8 g·L-1,the catalyst had the outstanding photocatalytic activity and,after 3 h reaction,the removal could reach 80%for 10 mg·L-1 of the initial concentration of PNP.According to the recycle experiment,the ZnNiAl-LDOs catalyst shows good stability and reusability with 65%degradation efficiency after five recycle times.
