摘 要:为了加强人工湿地在南方红壤区农田径流应用时的除磷效果,在基质中添加自制的氯化铁改性麦饭石构建强化型人工湿地,通过模拟实验对比研究铁改性麦饭石的加入对农田径流中磷的处理效果,和基质中4种主要形态磷的吸附特征。结果显示,强化型人工湿地运行初期对总磷的平均去除率为91.75%,运行5个月后为87.86%,均高于普通人工湿地的73.31%和41.90%;基质中磷的4种形态吸附量依次为铁铝磷>腐殖质磷>弱吸附磷>钙镁磷,磷的吸附总量为4304.30 mg,为普通人工湿地的1.3倍。研究表明强化型人工湿地中铁改性麦饭石具有较好的磷吸附容量177.75 mg·kg-1,且能促使释放敏感磷转化为稳定的铁铝磷,从而强化人工湿地对农田径流中磷的去除能力。本研究为人工湿地等生态技术增强除磷效果提供理论基础和设计依据。Fe-modified medical stones had been used in this study to improve the phosphorus removal efficiency of the constructed wetlands in the red soil region in southern China.Fractions of four main forms of phosphorus in the modified matrix were measured by simulated experiments,and the detailed purification mechanism was investigated accordingly.Modification with Fe significantly increased the average total phosphorus(TP)removal efficiencies to 91.75%and 87.86%at the beginning and the end of 5-month experiments,both of which much higher than the removal capability of natural constructed wetland(73.31%and 41.90%).The total adsorbed amount of TP was 4303mg after the modification,with four main forms of phosphorus adsorbed in the following order:Fe/Al-P>Humic-P>labile-P>Ca/Mg-P.These results indicated that Fe-modified medical stones have a good adsorptioncapacity for phosphorus(177.75 mg·kg-1),evidenced by their ability to transform phosphorus from the sensitive releasable form to the stable Fe/Al-P form,and thereby improve the overall removal capability of the constructed wetland with respect to agricultural runoff.In addition,this study may also provide a solid basis and serve as a valuable design reference for the actual application of ecological technologies at mitigating phosphorus pollution.
