大数据时代高职涉外商务人才培养研究

摘　　要：高职院校的人才培养是以就业为导向的专业教育。大数据时代对高职涉外商务人才提出了新的要求,突出强调较高外语技能和扎实的涉外商务知识。高职涉外商务人才培养应当立足大数据时代特征和中小涉外企业的人才需求,运用大数据模式转变办学思维、创新教学模式、优化校企合作以及推动大数据人才储备,以期实现高职教育的可持续发展。The cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges( HVCs) is employment-oriented professional education. The big-data era has put forward new requirements for foreign-related business talents in HVCs by highlighting foreign language competence and solid foreign-related business knowledge. In order to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational education,the cultivation of foreign-related business talents should be based on the characteristics of the big-data era and the needs of small and medium-sized foreign-related enterprises,and use the big-data mode to change the mindset of school management,innovate the teaching mode,optimize school-enterprise cooperation and promote the talent pool of big data.
