结直肠癌根治术后患者的行为干预护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨行为干预护理对结直肠癌根治术后患者并发症的影响。方法选取本院结直肠癌根治术后患者152例,随机分为观察组和对照组各76例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用行为干预护理措施。比较2组患者护理后的恢复效果、并发症的发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间和进食时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.26%,显著低于对照组的21.05%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.05%,显著高于对照组的68.42%(P<0.05)。结论行为干预护理可有效改善结直肠癌根治患者术后的恢复效果,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of behavior intervention nursing on postoperative complications of patients with radical operation for colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 152 patients with colorectal cancer after radical operation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given behavior intervention nursing measures based on routine nursing.The recovery effect after nursing,complications and satisfaction degree to nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,anal exhaust time after operation,bed-off activity time and food taking time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 21.05%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree to nursing in the observation group was 96.05%,which was significantly higher than 68.42%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavior intervention nursing can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of patients with radical operation for colorectal cancer and reduce the incidence of complications.
