摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对老年结直肠癌患者腹腔镜根治术后管路护理规范的影响。方法选取本院行腹腔镜根治术治疗的结直肠癌患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上采用循证护理方法。比较2组医源性感染率、脱管率及并发症发生率。结果试验组医源性感染率、脱管率、并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于老年结直肠癌患者腹腔镜根治术后管路护理规范中,降低了患者的医源性感染率、脱管率及并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on standards for tube nursing in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic radical operation.Methods A total of 80 colorectal cancer patients with laparoscopic radical operation were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of control group.The incidence rates of iatrogenic infection,tube falling off and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of iatrogenic infection,tube falling off and complications in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in standards for tube nursing in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic radical operation can reduce the incidence rates of iatrogenic infection,tube falling off and complications.
