黄芪三虫汤联合偏瘫治疗仪及葛根素注射液治疗脑梗死后遗症患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪三虫汤联合偏瘫治疗仪及葛根素注射液治疗脑梗死后遗症患者的效果。方法将120例脑梗死后遗症患者分为治疗组(黄芪三虫汤联合偏瘫治疗仪及葛根素注射液)和对照组(偏瘫治疗仪联合葛根素注射液),每组60例。比较2组治疗效果及治疗后的肢体功能、生活质量、认知功能。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组生活质量评分为(78.65±5.14)分,显著低于治疗组的(86.69±4.78)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的认知功能评分、肢体功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪三虫汤联合偏瘫治疗仪及葛根素注射液治疗脑梗死后遗症患者的效果显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Sanchong Decoction combined with hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group(treated by Huangqi Sanchong Decoction,hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection)and control group(treated by hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection),with 60 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,limb function,quality of life and cognitive function after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.67%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of quality of life in the control group was(78.65±5.14)points,which was significantly lower than(86.69±4.78)points in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cognitive function and limb function in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Sanchong Decoction combined with hemiplegia therapeutic apparatus and Puerarin Injection is effective in the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life.
