摘 要:以辽宁省锦州市水文资料为基础,综合考虑防灾对象上游集雨面积大小、降雨强度、雨型分布及其地形地貌、植被、土壤含水量等因素的影响,基于水位流量反推法推求小流域的临界雨量。以太和区4个典型小流域为例,以1h、2h、3h、6h和24h为预警时段,得出4个流域的临界雨量分别为41-284mm、71-300mm、33-210mm、36-113mm。经过综合分析确定各流域山洪预警指标,其成果可为太和区小流域山洪预警系统建设提供理论和技术支持。In this paper,the author,on the basis of hydrological data of Jinzhou City of Liaoning Province,taking 4 typical small basin as examples,and taking 1h,2h,3h,6h and 24h as time intervals,comprehensively considering the effect of every factors including rainfall collection area upstream,rainfall intensity,rain pattern distribution,topographic features,vegetation and soil moisture content and so on for objects of disaster prevention,calculated the critical rainfalls for every small basin based on stage-discharge inverse method,and obtained the results of critical rainfalls respectively are 41-284mm、71-300mm、33-210mm、36-113mm.Moreover,through comprehensively analyzing,the author also determined the early warning indexes for mountain flood prevention of every basins,and the results can be provided as theoretical and technical support for the constructions of early warning system in mountain flood prevention of small basin in Taihe district.
