摘  要:目的比较不同来源髓系来源抑制性细胞(MDSCs)在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者中的诊断价值.方法收集本院2018年1月至2019年6月符合诊断标准的MM患者31例作为研究对象,分别取外周血(PB)及骨髓(BM)组织进行流式细胞术分选,MDSCs表型为CD11bdimCD14-;CD15+CD33+细胞为G-MDSC亚群,CD15-CD33+细胞为M-MDSC亚群.比较这两种来源的M-MDSC、G-MDSC纯度.结果PB组M-MDSC%(0.062±0.022)显著低于BM组(0.291±0.093),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0223);G-MDSC%与Total MDSC%两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).外周血标本分群较为理想;骨髓组织标本G-MDSC占比大,其中混杂大量早期粒细胞的干扰,特异性低,不利于分析.结论MM患者外周血来源的M-MDSC较骨髓来源更具诊断价值.Objective To compare the diagnostic value of myeloid-derived inhibitory cells(MDSCs)from multiple sources in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods A total of 31 MM patients who met the diagnostic criteria in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were collected as research objects.Peripheral blood(PB)and bone marrow(BM)were collected for flow cytometry sorting.The phenotype of MDSCs was CD11 bdimCD14-,CD15+CD33+cells were G-MDSC subpopulation,and CD15-CD33+cells were M-MDSC subpopulation.The purity of MDSCs from these two sources was compared.Results MMDSC%(0.291±0.093)in BM group was significantly higher than that in PB group(0.062±0.022),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0223).There was no statistically significant difference between GMDSC and Total MDSC%(P>0.05).Peripheral blood specimens are ideal for grouping.Bone marrow tissue specimens have a large proportion of G-MDSC,which is intermixed with a large number of early granulocytes and has low specificity,which is not conducive to analysis.Conclusion M-MDSC%from peripheral blood of MM patients has more diagnostic value than that from bone marrow.
