摘　　要：科学合理的进行地质环境安全性评价是正确处理国土资源开发和人居环境安全之间关系,实现城市可持续发展的重要前提。通过探讨地质环境系统与人为活动相互作用关系,阐述了城市地质环境安全性评价的概念、内涵,在详细分析城市地质环境安全性问题及其影响因素的基础上,提出了地质环境安全性评价原理、内容和方法,构建了包含地壳安全、地面安全和地球化学安全三方面的城市地质环境安全性评价指标体系。最后,以长三角地区为研究区,综合运用GIS空间分析和综合指数模型等方法,验证了该指标体系的合理性。研究成果可为城镇布局、国土规划以及重大工程建设等提供地质依据。Scientific and reasonable evaluation of geological environment security is an crucial prerequisite to handle properly the relationship between land&resources development and human residential environment security,and to realize urban sustainable development.This paper discusses the interaction between geological environment system and human activities,and expounds the concept and connotation of safety evaluation of urban geological environment.This paper discusses the interaction between geological environment system and human activities,and expounds the concept and intension of safety evaluation of urban geological environment.In addition,based on detailed analysis of the urban geological environment safety and its influencing factors,the principle,content and method of the safety evaluation of geological environment are put forward,and the evaluation index system of urban geological environment safety,which includes three aspects of crustal safety,ground safety and geochemical safety,is constructed.Finally,the rationality of the index system is verified by taking the Yangtze River Delta as the target research area where the methods of GIS spatial analysis and comprehensive index model are applied.The research results will provide geological basis for urban layout,land planning and major engineering project construction.
