摘　　要：目的了解老年专科培训人员掌握老年病人谵妄相关知识与技能的情况。方法采用横断面调查方法,现场向360名2018~2019年参加老年专科培训的医护学员发放问卷,调查学员对老年病人谵妄相关知识与技能的掌握情况。结果调查对象年龄20~52岁,平均(29.9±0.5)岁,工作年限0~32年,平均(7.6±0.6)年。工作10年以上老年专科培训人员个人感知的老年谵妄评估和处理技能得分显著高于工作10年以下的人员,具有老年科实习或轮转经历者较其他人得分更高(P<0.05)。83.6%的医护人员认为在校期间所学的谵妄相关知识和技能不能满足于当前临床工作的需要。结论老年专科培训学员对老年谵妄的态度和知识掌握方面仍显不足。今后需要大力开展老年谵妄的专科知识培训,以满足我国老年医学专科人才培养的需求。Objective To investigate the situation of knowledge and skills related to delirium of geriatric specialist trainers towards delirium.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 360 medical trainees who participated in geriatric specialist training in 2018-2019.Questionnaires were distributed and recalled on the spot.Results The average age of the respondents was 29.9±0.5(20-52)years,and the average working years was 7.6±0.6(0-32)years.The respondents with working more than 10 years or with practice experience in geriatrics had significantly higher scores than others(P<0.05).83.6%of the medical staff believed that the delirium related knowledge and skills learned in school cannot meet the demands of current clinical work.Conclusions The attitude and knowledge of delirium are still insufficient.The specialized knowledge training of delirium needs to be carried out vigorously in the future,in order to meet the demands of training staff of geriatrics in China.
