摘　　要：蜂花粉是保健食品与药品的重要成分,多糖是蜂花粉的重要生物活性成分之一,不同来源的植物蜂花粉多糖具有提高免疫力、降糖降脂、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌抗病毒等作用。该文综述了近年来蜂花粉多糖生物活性的研究进展,以期为蜂花粉多糖生物活性的研究提供参考。Bee pollen is an important component of health food and medicine.Polysaccharide is one of the important bioactive components of bee pollen.Bee pollen polysaccharide from different sources has other functions such as improving immunity,reducing blood sugar and fat,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-bacterial and anti-virus.In this paper,bee pollen polysaccharide in recent years In order to find out more kinds of other biological activities of bee pollen polysaccharides.
