摘 要:为得到高效苯酚降解菌,以黄河三角洲盐碱地生芦苇(Phragmites australis)为材料,分离出1株能降解苯酚的芦苇内生菌L12,该菌能在以苯酚为唯一碳源的培养基上生长。采用4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测苯酚降解率,对该菌株的形态特征、理化性质、16S rDNA基因序列进行研究。结果表明:该菌株呈杆状,革兰氏染色呈阴性,初步鉴定为假单胞菌(Pseudmonas sp),能有效降解苯酚。In order to obtain a hyper efficient phenol-degrading bacterium strain, Phragmites australis in saline-alkali soil of the Yellow River Delta was used as the material to isolate a Phragmites australis endophytic bacteria L12,which was able to degrade phenol. The bacteria can survive on the medium with phenol as the sole carbon source.Phenol degradation rate was measured by 4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometry. Further studies involving morphological characteristics, physicochemical properties and 16 S rDNA gene sequence showed that the strain was rodshaped and Gram-negative. It’s then identified as Pseudmonas sp. The results showed that a Pseudomonas endophyte was obtained from reed, which can degrade phenol effectively.
