摘　　要：该文从学生视角出发,探讨涉农专业本科生在实训实习环节中职业能力的培养问题,提出从3个方面培养学生自身的职业能力:了解专业方向,明确奋斗目标;理实结合,培养实验技能;强化实训实习环节,提升职业技能。From the perspective of students,this paper discussed the cultivation of vocational ability of undergraduates majoring in agriculture and agriculture in practical training and practice,and proposed to cultivate students’vocational ability from three aspects:to understand the direction of the major and to make clear the goal;combine theory with practice to cultivate experimental skills;strengthen practical training and practice to improve vocational skills.
