摘 要:典型冲击性负荷电弧炉在冶炼过程中会产生谐波、电压波动等诸多电能质量问题,致使冶炼效率降低,危害公用电网安全。为减少以谐波为主的电能质量问题,文中研究了一种模糊-PI复合控制器的有源滤波器作为补偿装置,以提升系统的补偿性能。首先讨论了有源电力滤波器结构及其电流控制PI方法,重点设计了模糊-PI控制器,控制有源电力滤波器开关管通断的脉冲信号。然后建立电弧炉负载模型,搭建仿真模型进行仿真验证,给出了仿真结果。结果表明:该方法能抑制负载侧谐波电流、降低失真度(THD)、改善电网质量。Typical impact load electric arc furnaces generate harmonics,voltage fluctuations and other power quality problems during the smelting process,resulting in reduced smelting efficiency and endangering the safety of the public power grid.In order to reduce the power quality problem based on harmonics,this paper studies the active filter of a fuzzy-PI composite controller as a compensation device to improve the compensation performance of the system.Firstly,the structure of active power filter and its current control PI method are discussed.The fuzzy-PI controller is designed to control the pulse signal of the active power filter switch tube.Then the arc furnace load model is established and the simulation model is built.Simulation verification is given and the simulation results are given.The results show that the method can suppress the harmonic current on the load side,reduce the distortion(THD),and improve the quality of the power grid.
