摘  要:针对现有农作物灌溉系统自动化程度低、节水性能差的问题,设计基于PLC与物联网技术的自动化节水灌溉系统。按照农作物节水灌溉的总体设计要求,设计系统框架层次结构,在硬件结构上选用STC89C52RC型芯片和PLC控制模块作为系统的核心单元,并采用通信性能更强的CC2591型射频信号扩展器,增强网络连接效率。软件结构上采用数据流和状态帧的监控方式,采集土壤含水量数据、温度数据、湿度数据,并将数据进行数模转换,准确控制区域的灌溉总量。测试结果表明,所设计系统各项功能运行完好,具有较短的响应时间,能够根据实际情况准确控制灌溉水量,以达到节水的目的。Aiming at the problems of low automation and poor water-saving performance of the existing crop irrigation system,an automatic water-saving irrigation system based on PLC and Internet of things technology is designed.According to the overall design requirements of crop water-saving irrigation,the system framework hierarchy is designed.Stc89 c52 rc chip and PLC control module are selected as the core unit of the system in hardware structure,and cc2591 RF signal expander with stronger communication performance is adopted to enhance the network connection efficiency.In the software structure,data flow and status frame monitoring are used to collect soil moisture data,temperature data and humidity data,and the data are converted to digital analog to accurately control the total amount of irrigation in the area.The test results show that all functions of the designed system are in good condition with short response time,and the irrigation water quantity can be accurately controlled according to the actual situation to achieve the purpose of water saving.
