摘 要:中国妇女/性别研究经过40余年的发展,"学科化"的诉求已然成为一种情结。在国家学科政策大幅调整、高校"双一流"建设方略稳步实施及学科评估刚性推进的背景下,远未成为独立学科的"妇女/性别研究(女性学)"又被迫卷入新一轮学科竞争与资源争夺中。现实是,在国家学科目录的"溢出效应"和学科建设的"单位制"境遇中,"女性学"学科建设的传统路径受到了极大挑战,特别是目前的制度性瓶颈很难突破。未来中国妇女/性别研究的发展路径可以从以下两个方面来思考:一是中国妇女/性别研究需要"学科化"的女性学作为其制度性依托,这是知识时代学科化的命名需要和制度安排,也是一种求生存的话语策略;二是中国妇女/性别研究的学科建设应从学科知识建设和学科组织建设两个维度寻求出路。短时期内需要对接国家政策话语,捆绑相应的在各单位比较强势的一级学科,采取"对标建设"的策略,以期获取必要的生存和发展资源;长期建设则需要以问题为导向,遵循国家和社会需求逻辑,进行学科知识的内涵建设;在学科组织建设上,助力"跨学科"制度和评估机制的完善,或通过"再学科化",谋求女性学"一级学科"建制的达成。After more than 40 years of development,the pursuit of"disciplinization"of Chinese women/gender studies has become a complex.Under the background of substantial adjustment of national discipline policy,steady implementation of"double first-class"construction in universities and rigid promotion of discipline evaluation,"women’s studies",which have not become independent disciplines,are forced to be involved in a new round of discipline competition and resource competition.In fact,under the background of"spillover effect"of national subject catalogue and"unit system"of subject construction,the traditional path of subject construction of"women’s studies"has been greatly challenged,especially the current institutional dilemma is difficult to break through.The development path of Chinese women/gender studies in the future can be considered from the following two aspects:first,Chinese women/gender studies need"disciplinization"women’s studies as the institutional basis,which is the naming need and institutional arrangement of science in the knowledge era,as well as a discourse strategy;Second,the disciplinary construction of women/gender studies in China should be conducted from the two aspects of disciplinary knowledge construction and disciplinary organization construction.In a short period of time,it is necessary to connect national policies and bind corresponding first-class disciplines which are relatively strong in the units,and adopt the method of"benchmarking construction"to obtain development resources.Long-term construction should follow the logic of social needs and the guidance of problems to complete the construction of subject knowledge connotation;To help the formation of"interdisciplinary"organization and evaluation mechanism,to seek a breakthrough in the construction of discipline organization,or to achieve the establishment of"first-level discipline"of female studies through"re-discipline".
