带血管骨移植在四肢骨肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨带血管骨移植在四肢骨肿瘤治疗中的应用。方法选取我院2015年1月~2018年12月收治的100例四肢骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法方法分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组采用瘤段切除后无血管骨移植疗法,研究组采用带血管骨移植疗法。比较两组的骨愈合时间,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,临床治疗效果及治疗并发症发生情况。结果研究组的骨愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的治疗前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后3、6、9个月的VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疗效优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带血管骨移植疗法能够有效缓解四肢骨肿瘤患者疼痛程度,降低术后骨愈合时间,术后并发症发生率较低,可以取得较理想的临床疗效。Objective To explore the application of vascularized bone transplantation in the treatment of limb bone tumors.Methods From January 2015 to December 2018,100 patients with limb bone tumor were selected as the research subjects,which were divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the method of random drawing.In the control group,there was no vascularized bone graft after segmental tumor resection,and in the study group,the vascularized bone graft was used bone healing time,pre-and post-treatment visual simulation score(vas)score,clinical treatment effect,and treatment complications were compared between the two groups.Results The times of bone healing in the study group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of VAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vascular bone transplantation can effectively relieve the pain of patients with bone tumors in the extremities,reduce the time of postoperative bone healing,and have a low incidence of postoperative complications,which can achieve ideal clinical efficacy.
