摘　　要：本文针对汽车后市场专业群,构建了"公共专业基础平台+专业技能模块化训练平台+顶岗实习平台"的人才培养三平台,提出了每个平台的功能和培养目标,支撑了汽车后市场专业群"职业活动导向技能三段式"人才培养模式的有效实施,提高了人才培养质量,取得了较好效果。Aiming at the professional group of the automobile aftermarket,this article constructs three platforms for talent training of "public professional basic platform + professional skills modular training platform + post internship platform",and proposes the functions and training objectives of each platform to support the automobile aftermarket.The effective implementation of the "professional activity-oriented three-stage skills" of talent training model for market professionals has improved the quality of talent training and achieved better results.
