摘　　要：火灾现场勘验见证人制度对于准确认定火灾原因,依法对火灾事故作出处理,总结火灾教训具有非常重要的意义,分析了火灾现场勘验见证人制度在实践中存在的问题,从赋予见证人法律地位和权利义务、明确违反程序的法律后果、建立见证人审查程序和人才库、确立见证人制度适用范围以及创新见证模式等方面提出了改进措施,为今后火灾现场勘验见证人制度的不断完善提供参考建议。This paper studies the witness system of fire scene investigation, analyses the problems in its practice, and provides some improving suggestions like giving the witness legal status, rights and obligations, clearing the legal consequences of violating legal procedures, building witness audit program and talent bank, confirming the application scope of witness system, and innovating witness modes. It can provide some constructive information and beneficial references for the further improvement of fire scene investigation witness system.
