摘　　要：鸡腿菇是一种珍稀食用菌,营养丰富,药理活性较高,具有潜在的保健、医药价值。本文主要从营养成分、药理活性、贮藏保鲜与开发利用等角度出发,对鸡腿菇的研究现状进行了综述,并对其未来的发展前景进行了展望,旨在为鸡腿菇的综合利用提供参考。Coprinus comatus is a rare edible fungus with rich nutritional value, high pharmacological activity and potential health and medical value. This article reviewed the research status of Coprinus comatus from nutritional components, pharmacological activity, storage, freshness preservation, development and utilization,and discussed the future development of Coprinus comatus, in order to provide references for the comprehensive utilization of Coprinus comatus.
