摘  要:以齿条近似法齿廓谐波减速器为研究对象,综合定性分析柔轮结构参数对谐波减速器的静力学影响,建立谐波减速器静力学有限元分析模型,分别从单因素和多因素正交实验方法研究谐波减速器柔轮静力学特性。结果表明:柔轮应力随齿圈宽度和筒长增加而降低,随壁厚和杯底倒角半径增加而增大;影响谐波减速器扭转刚度的结构参数从主到次分别是柔轮壁厚、筒长、杯底倒角、齿宽;而影响柔轮应力的结构参数从主到次分别是筒长、齿宽、柔轮壁厚、杯底倒角。可为齿条近似法齿廓谐波减速器的优化设计提供理论依据和指导。Taking the harmonic gear reducer with rack approximation as the research object,the static influence of the structural parameters of the flexspline on the harmonic reducer is analyzed qualitatively,and the static finite element analysis model of the harmonic reducer is established.The static characteristics of the flexible gear of the harmonic reducer are studied by single factor and multi factor orthogonal experimental methods respectively.The results show that the length of the main gear,the thickness of the chamfering ring and the thickness of the chamfering ring decrease with the increase of the length and thickness of the main gear and the thickness of the chamfering ring respectively.It can provide theoretical basis and guidance for the optimal design of gear profile harmonic reducer with rack approximation method.
