摘　　要：受相关部门委托,“广西工业机器人产业人才供求调查与培养对策研究”课题组对产业人才供求情况开展了全面、深入的调查研究,调查分析认为:目前学校培养的人才数量可以满足产业需求,但质量无法达到行业企业要求,学校应通过制定相应的专业教学标准、建立完善的人才培养方案、深入推进产教融合、校企协同育人等措施提升人才培养质量。Entrusted by relevant departments,the“Survey and Cultivation Strategy Research on Guangxi Industrial Robot Industry Talent Supply and Demand”research group conducted a comprehensive and in-depth research on the supply and demand of industrial talents.The survey analysis concluded that the number of talents currently trained by schools can meet industrial needs while the quality can not meet the requirements of industry enterprises.Schools should improve the quality of talent training through the establishment of corresponding professional teaching standards,the establishment of comprehensive talent training programs,the in-depth promotion of the integration of production and education,and the collaborative education of schools and enterprises.
