摘　　要：通过对传统的产学研合作模式有明显的区域性和空间局限性的分析,找出其不足:极易受到政府导向的影响,且缺乏有效的考核机制和保障体系。依据“互联网+”时代下产学研合作的优越性和重要性,提出了传统的产学研合作模式亟需改革,新型的合作模式应搭上“互联网+”的快车的思路。Through the analysis of the obvious regional and spatial limitations of the traditional industry university research cooperation mode,this paper finds out its shortcomings:it is easily influenced by the government guidance,and lacks an effective assessment mechanism and security system.According to the superiority and importance of the cooperation between industry,University and research in the era of“Internet plus”,it is proposed that the traditional mode of cooperation between industry,University and research is in urgent need of reform.The new mode of cooperation should be based on the idea of“Internet plus”express.
