摘　　要：目的探讨燕京中医肿瘤医家秦厚生治疗乳腺癌的用药规律。方法自首都医科大学北京中医医院病案室名老中医案卷中,筛选秦厚生治疗乳腺癌诊疗医案,采集医案的西医诊断及治疗、中医症状、组方用药信息等建立数据库,并进行描述统计分析或聚类分析。结果共纳入有效数据135条,西医诊断IV期82例,手术治疗97例,涉及药物135味。出现频次前4位的症状分别为憋喘(40次)、疼痛(31次)、上肢水肿(26次)、咳嗽(24次);使用频次前3位的药物分别为沙参(83次)、桔梗(66次)、麦冬(54次);使用频次前3位的药物类别是补虚类(343次)、化痰类(236次)、祛湿通络类(227次);药物归经以肺(65次)、肝(58次)、脾(49次)、胃(42次)、肾(38次);药味以甘(73次)、苦(65次)、辛(49次)为主;药性以温(49次)为主。对所有药物进行K-均值聚类分析,选出20味药,在对其进行系统聚类分析。结论秦厚生教授在治疗乳腺癌时以扶正补虚、疏肝解郁、健脾补肾、祛痰化瘀、疏通经络为治则,对放射性肺炎常用药对为沙参、麦冬,针对水肿常用药对为路路通、络石藤、丝瓜络。Objective To explore the medication rules of Qin Housheng’s experience in treating breast cancer as an Yanjing medical experts on TCM oncologist.Methods Qin housheng’s diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer was selected from the medical records of the medical record room of Beijing Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Capital Medical University.Western medical diagnosis and treatment of medical records,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and prescription drug information of these selected cases were collected to establish a database,and carried out descriptive statistical analysis.Results A total of 135 valid data were included.82 cases were diagnosed by Western medicine in stage IV,97 cases were treated by surgery,and 135 drugs were involved.The top 4 symptoms were wheezing(40),pain(31),upper limb edema(26),and cough(24);the top 3 most frequently used medicianals were Radix Glehniae(83)and Radix Platycodonis(66),Radix,Ophiopogon(54);the top three most frequently used medicinal categories are tonic(341),phlegm(231),and dampness(227);the collaterals distributions are mainly lung(65),liver(58),spleen(49),stomach(42),kidney(38);the main tastes of medicinals are sweet(73),bitter(65),and pungent(49);the nature of the medicinals is mainly warm(49).K-means clustering analysis was performed on all medicinals,and 20 medicinalss were selected for systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion In the treatment of breast cancer,Professor Qin Housheng used the principles of replenishing and tonifying deficiency,dispering stagnated liver qi to relieve depressen,strengthening the spleen and kidney,expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis,and dredging meridians.The commonly used couplet medicines for radiation pneumonia are Radix Glehniae and Radix,Ophiopogon.The commonly used couplet medicines for edema are LULUTONG,luoshiteng and Luffa Paired medicinals are Fructus Liquidambaris,Caulis Trachelospermi,Retinervus Luffae Fructus.
