摘 要:基于MATLAB设计了再现连架杆运动规律的曲柄摇杆机构优化设计系统软件,可以针对摇杆摆角的任意函数运动规律,快速设计传力性能最优且运动偏差很小的曲柄摇杆机构尺度,并进行设计机构的实时动态仿真。文中推导了数学模型,建立了优化设计目标函数和约束条件,讨论了设计变量个数的选择确定,绘制并分析了摇杆转角偏差的三维曲面图及二维等值线图,研究了将偏差值约束在较小范围内进行传力性能最优的二次优化的建模与分析等。In this article,based on MATLAB,the systematic software is developed for optimization design of the crankrocker mechanism which reproduces the motion rules of the side link. The software is adopted to quickly work out the crankrocker mechanism’s scale with the best force-transmission performance and the minor deviation of motion,according to the motion rules of arbitrary functions of the rocker’s swing angle. In addition,the real-time dynamic simulation is carried out on the mechanism. The mathematical model is deduced,both the objective function and the constraints for optimization design are identified,the selection and determination of the number of design variables are explored,as well as both the three-dimensional surface graph and the two-dimensional contour map of the deviation of the rocker’s swing angle are illustrated and analyzed. Besides,efforts are made for modeling and analysis of secondary optimization with the best force-transmission performance within a small range of deviation values.
