摘 要:汽车行业中《后副车架疲劳台架试验规范》给定的试验载荷均通过控制臂作用于副车架,应用静力疲劳分析方法对后副车架进行疲劳寿命预测,需要将全部组件纳入到模型中,工作效率低且无法保证计算精度。为提高仿真效率和精度,通过Hyper-Works和ADAMS软件建立后副车架疲劳台架试验刚柔耦合动力学模型,分析安装点受力情况并提取载荷谱,在Hyper-Works软件中应用惯性释放法对后副车架进行静力分析,导出单位载荷下的应力分布模型到N-Code软件中进行动态疲劳寿命分析。通过与台架试验对比,该副车架疲劳寿命仿真分析方法有较好的工程实践应用价值。In the automobile industry,the test loads given in the Codes for Fatigue Bench Test of Rear Sub-frame are all exerted on the sub-frame through the control arm.In this article,the method of static fatigue analysis is adopted to predict the rear sub-frame's fatigue life.Thus,all the components need to be incorporated into the model,and the traditional analysis is merely suitable for the situation characterized with slow change of exciting force,which is inefficient with poor accuracy in calculation.This rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model used for the rear sub-frame fatigue bench test is worked out by means of the Hyper-Works and Adams software;the analysis is conducted on the forces which are exerted upon the installation spots,and thus the load spectrum is extracted;both the Hyper-Works software and the method of inertia release are applied to the static analysis on the rear sub-frame;the stress-distribution model with unit load is derived and then integrated into the N-Code software,for the purpose of the analysis on dynamic fatigue life.The results show that thanks to the load-spectrum extraction of flexible body,the results obtained from the analysis on dynamic fatigue life are in good agreement with their test-based counterparts.
