摘　　要：腾讯、百度、字节跳动等巨头都称做医学科普是为了公益,但背后更多的是对医学科普内容供应商位置的争夺字节跳动终于布局医疗行业了。5月15日,字节跳动完成了对百科名医网的全资收购,字节跳动战略投资负责人、游戏业务负责人严授成为后者的法人代表。ByteDance is finally laying out in the medical industry.On May 15 th,ByteDance completed the wholly-owned acquisition of Wikipedia of Medical,which is more about the contention of medical science content providers."The Wikipedia of Medical acquired by ByteDance is benchmarking against Baidu Health Medical Code and Tencent Medical Code."A person who once worked as an executive at Wikipedia Medical told Chinese Entrepreneur.Before acquiring Wikipedia of Medical,ByteDance also tried to publish medical advertise-ments and sell medical insurance,but these two attempts were not very successful.As the main stage of the current live broadcast and delivery of goods,the platform of Douyin and Watermelon Video of ByteDance also has the possibility of taking a slice in the future con-sumer medical e-commerce.
