摘　　要：介绍了苍术(Atractylodes)的药用价值,总结了与苍术相关的主要文化遗产类、创造类、标示类知识产权,分析了苍术生态适宜种植贫困县域、优势县域和生产基地建设等。从农业知识产权、重要农业文化遗产、道地药材生产基地建设等方面探讨了中医药发展战略与乡村振兴战略背景下中药材苍术在传承精华与守正创新中高质量发展的策略。The medicinal value of Atractylodes was introduced.The main cultural heritage,creative and labeling intellectual property rights related to Atractylodes was summarized.Ecological suitability for planting in poor counties,advantageous counties and produc⁃tion base construction of Atractylodes were analyzed.Mainly based on agricultural intellectual property,important agricultural heritage and production base of genuine medicinal materials,the strategy of high quality development of Chinese herbal medicine Atractylodes in the inheritanceand innovation were discussed,in the context of the strategy of traditional Chinese medicine development and the ru⁃ral revitalization.
