牛黄解毒片治疗急性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗术后临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牛黄解毒片治疗急性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗术后临床疗效及其对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取急性牙髓炎患者108例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组各54例,2组均给予一次性根管治疗,观察组于术后给予牛黄解毒片治疗,比较2组临床疗效、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白三烯B4(LTB4)水平以及术后疼痛发生情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组100%,高于对照组88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d,2组血清IL-6、IL-8、LTB4均较术前明显下降,且观察组各指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛发生率9.26%,低于对照组25.93%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牛黄解毒片治疗急性牙髓炎一次性根管治疗术后疗效确切,能够减轻患者机体炎症反应,减少术后疼痛。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Niuhuang Jiedu tablets for acute pulpitis after one-time root canal treatment,and its effect on the levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum.Methods:A total of 108 cases with acute pulpitis were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,54 cases in each group.Both groups received one-time root canal treatment,and the observation group was treated with Niuhuang Jiedu tablets after the surgery.The clinical effect,levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and leukotriene B4(LTB4)in serum and the postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 100%in the observation group,higher than that of 88.89%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Seven days after the surgery,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and LTB4 in serum in both groups were decreased significantly when compared with those before the surgery,and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pain in the observation group was 9.26%,lower than that of 25.93%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Niuhuang Jiedu tablets has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with acute pulpitis after one-time root canal treatment,which can reduce the bodily inflammatory responses and postoperative pain.
