摘 要:目的:观察三线放松功治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:筛选符合失眠诊断标准的50岁以上失眠患者60例,其中观察组30例和对照组30例,观察组习练三线放松功,对照组不干预仅测试,两组分别于练功前、练功4周,练功6周进行量表测试,其中匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)评价其睡眠情况,焦虑(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价失眠带来的焦虑和抑郁情绪。结果:观察组自身前后比较,睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间在第4周时有明显改善(P<0.01),睡眠效率也有显著提高(P<0.05);到第6周时,睡眠障碍明显改善(P<0.01),催眠药物的依赖明显下降(P<0.05),患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪第4周开始明显缓解(P<0.01);与对照组比较,第6周治疗结束时,睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物等有显著改善(P<0.01),观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:三线放松功可以改善老年人的失眠状况,亦可缓解因失眠带来的焦虑和抑郁情绪。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of three-line relaxation therapy on insomnia.Methods:60 insomnia patients of over 50 years old were selected,30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group.The observation group practiced three-line relaxation exercise,and the control group did not interfere with the test only.The two groups were tested by the scale before exercise,4 weeks and 6 weeks respectively.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)was used to evaluate their sleep status,Self-assessment Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Selfassessment Depression Scale(SDS)was used to evaluate the anxiety and depression caused by insomnia.Results:compared with before and after in the treatment group,sleep quality,sleep time and duration were significantly improved at the fourth week(P<0.01),and sleep efficiency was also significantly improved(P<0.05);At the 6 th week,the sleep disorder was improved significantly(P<0.01),the dependence of hypnotic drugs was decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the anxiety and depression of patients were relieved significantly(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,sleep quality,sleep time,duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotics and so on were significantly improved at the end of the sixth week(P<0.01),anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion:Three-line relaxation can improve the condition of insomnia in the elderly,and relieve the anxiety and depression caused by insomnia.
