摘　　要：目的探讨程序性死亡分子配体1(PD-L1)在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月在河北医科大学第四医院住院实施胃癌根治术患者60例,手术过程中获取胃癌组织及癌旁组织,采用RT-qPCR及Western blot法检测结胃癌组织及癌旁组织中PD-L1 mRNA及蛋白表达水平,并分析PD-L1与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果胃癌组织中PD-L1 mRNA及蛋白表达水平均明显高于癌旁组织(P均<0.05);PD-L1阳性表达与患者性别、年龄、血清癌胚抗原水平及肿瘤分化程度无明显关系(P均>0.05);而与肿瘤TNM分期、浸润程度、有无淋巴结转移及有无脉管瘤栓有明显关系(P均<0.05)。结论PD-L1在胃癌组织中高表达,其高表达与肿瘤进展有较强的相关性。Objective It is to explore the expression of programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)in the tissue of gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Sixty patients who underwent radical gastrectomy in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.Their gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were obtained during the operation,in order to detect the expression level of PD-L1 mRNA and protein in the tumor tissues and adjacent tissues by RT-qPCR and Western blot method,and the relationship between PD-L1 and clinical pathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.Results The expression levels of PD-L1 mRNA and protein in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(all P<0.05);the positive expression of PD-L1 was not significantly related with the patient’s gender,age,serum carcinoembryonic antigen level and tumor differentiation(all P<0.05),but was significantly related with tumor TNM staging,degree of invasion,lymph node metastasis and vascular tumor thrombus(all P<0.05).Conclusion PD-L1 is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues,and its high expression has a strong correlation with tumor progression.
