摘　　要：目的:探讨BAF53a在口腔鳞状细胞癌(口腔鳞癌)组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系,从而为口腔鳞癌的诊断及预后判断提供依据。方法:采用免疫组化法检测BAF53a在口腔鳞癌组织以及其对应癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,并分析其与患者的性别、年龄、组织学分级、T分期、淋巴结转移的关系,探讨其与总生存期之间的关系。结果:口腔鳞癌组织中BAF53a蛋白的高表达率高于相应癌旁正常组织(P<0.001)。BAF53a蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),而与T分期(P<0.001)、淋巴结转移(P=0.022)和组织学分级(P=0.026)有关。单因素分析结果显示,T分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分级及BAF53a的表达与患者的预后有关(P<0.05)。Cox分析结果显示,肿瘤的组织学分级和BAF53a是影响患者总生存期的因素。结论:BAF53a蛋白的高表达对评估口腔鳞癌的预后有潜在的应用价值,提示BAF53a可作为判断口腔鳞癌预后的有效指标。Aim:To investigate the expression of BAF53a in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)tissue and its correlation with clinicopathological features of OSCC patients,so as to provide evidence for the diagnosis and prognosis of OSCC.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of BAF53a in OSCC and corresponding adjacent normal oral tissue.The relationship between the expression of BAF53a and the gender,age,histological grading,T stages,lymph node metastasis and the overall survival were analyzed respectively.Results:The expression of BAF53a in OSCC tissue was significantly higher than that in the corresponding normal epithelial tissue adjacent to carcinoma(P<0.001).The expression of BAF53a was related with T stages(P<0.001),lymph node metastasis(P=0.022),and histological grade(P=0.026),but not with gender or age of patients with OSCC(P>0.05).Log-rank analysis showed that the prognosis of patients with OSCC was related to T stages,lymph node metastasis,histological grade and BAF53a expression(P<0.05).Cox multivariate results showed that tumor histology grade and BAF53a were independent prognostic factors for the overall survival of the patients.Conclusion:The expression of BAF53a is of great significance in predicting the prognosis of patients with OSCC,suggesting that BAF53a may be an effective indicator for predicting the prognosis of OSCC.
