摘　　要：现代大学的教学理念已由“三中心”论向以教师为主导、以学生为中心、以多样化的学习方法为手段转变。为此,新的教学理念在实施时也相应地遵循宽容意识、对话意识和问题意识三大原则。为适应这一形势的变化,教师需提高自身的素质,方能确保教学改革的顺利进行。The concept of modern university teaching has changed from“three centers”to teacher-led,student-centered and diversified learning methods.Therefore,the implementation of the new teaching concept also follows the three principles of tolerance consciousness,dialogue consciousness and problem consciousness.In order to adapt to the change of this situation,teachers need to improve their own quality to ensure the smooth progress of teaching reform.
