变形虫对盐生杜氏藻生长的控制研究

摘  要:文章研究了变形虫对盐生杜氏藻大规模养殖过程中存活和生长的影响。实验周期90 d。结果表明:变形虫存活在高温天气繁殖最快,达到45个/m L。在盐生杜氏藻最佳养殖盐度12°Be’时不能抑制变形虫生长;回归分析表明,盐生杜氏藻养殖过程中盐度控制在18°Be’时,变形虫的生长对盐生杜氏藻养殖影响最小为6个/m L。The effect of amoeba on the survival and growth of Dunaliella Salina in large-scale culture was studied in this article.The experimental period was 90 days.The results showed that the amoeba can reproduce fastest in high temperature weather and reaching 45/m L.The growth of amoeba could not be inhibited at the optimum culture salinity of 12 ° Be’ for Dunaliella Salina.Regression analysis showed that when the salinity was controlled at 18 ° Be’,the growth of amoeba had a minimum effect on the culture of Dunaliella Salina of 6/m L.
