摘  要:延边黄牛是吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州地区特有的黄牛品种,也是国家资源保护品种、我国五大地方良种牛之一。蓝舌病是牛羊中重大的传染病,造成畜牧业整体减产,给养殖行业带来不利影响。为了解延边黄牛蓝舌病(BT)的流行情况,采集延边朝鲜族自治州三个不同市区牛血清样品共计537份,运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对这些样品进行蓝舌病病毒(BTV)抗体检测。结果显示,蓝舌病抗体的阳性率为13.97%,通过风险因素评估显示不同地区之间差异显著(P<0.05),不同性别、年龄与季节之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,该地区延边黄牛存在BTV感染。为后续防控蓝舌病提供参考。Yanbian yellow cattle is a unique breed in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province,and is also one of the national resource protection breeds and five local improved breeds of cattle in China.Bluetongue disease,an important infectious disease in cattle and sheep,creates overall reduction of animal husbandry production and brought adverse effects on the breeding industry.In order to understand the seroprevalence of bluetongue disease in Yanbian yellow cattle,537 serum samples from three different areas of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture were collected,in which the enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the bluetongue virus(BTV)antibody in these samples.According to the results,the positive rate of bluetongue antibody was 13.97%.At the same time,the difference between different regions was significant(P<0.05)through risk factor evaluation,while there was no significant difference among different genders,ages and seasons(P>0.05).Besides,it showed that the Yanbian yellow cattle in this area existed BTV infection,which thus provided the reference for the follow-up prevention and control of bluetongue.
