摘　　要：为了解决传统英语教学中存在的弊端,文章立足于智能化教学基础之上,开发了一款PIMS智能化英语学习系统,该平台系统能够对英语教学模式进行了改善与优化,实现了总体框架结构的建立,此外,还与高新技术进行相互结合,不但使学生学习英语不受时间与地点约束与限制,而且还为师生教学带来很大便利性与实用性,同时还能提升学生学习英语的积极性与主动性,以及为高校智能化教学系统进行英语教育提供经验借鉴.In order to solve the shortcomings in traditional English teaching,based on intelligent teaching,this article has developed a PIMS intelligent English learning system.This platform system can improve and optimize the English teaching mode and achieve the overall establishment of the framework structure.In addition,it also integrates with high technology,which not only enables students to learn English without time and place constraints and restrictions,but also brings great convenience and practicality to the teaching of teachers and students,and can also improve students the enthusiasm and initiative of learmning English,as well as the experience and reference for the intelligent education system of colleges and universities in English education.
