摘 要:利用高钛重矿渣粉对烟气脱硫石膏进行改性,制备石膏基高钛重矿渣粉复合胶凝材料,结合粒度分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法对试块水化产物进行物相和形貌分析。结果表明:随着高钛重矿渣粉掺量增加,石膏基高钛重矿渣粉复合胶凝材料试块强度呈现先增大后降低的趋势。当高钛重矿渣粉掺量为50%时,石膏基高钛重矿渣粉复合胶凝材料试块强度出现突变增大,主要原因是试块中片状与块状二水石膏晶体减少,棒状的二水石膏晶体增加,棒状二水石膏晶体长径比有所降低,且部分棒状二水石膏晶体生长方向出现一致性,晶体之间搭接空隙较小,0.6~20μm高钛重矿渣粉可以填充部分晶体间空隙,试块密实度增大。The high titanium heavy slag powder was used to modify the FGD to prepare a gypsum-based high titanium heavy slag powder composite cementing material. The particle morphology and morphology of the hydration product of the test block were analyzed in combination with particle size analysis, XRD, SEM and other methods. The experimental results show that with the addition of high titanium heavy slag powder, the strength of the gypsum-based high titanium heavy slag powder composite cementitious material first increases and then decreases. When the content of high titanium heavy slag powder is 50%, the strength of gypsum-based high titanium heavy slag powder composite cementitious material blocks suddenly increases, mainly due to the reduction of flake and block dihydrate gypsum crystals and increase of the rod shaped dihydrate gypsum crystals, the rod-shaped dihydrate gypsum crystal aspect ratio decreased, and some rod-shaped dihydrate gypsum crystals showed consistent growth direction, and the overlap gap between the crystals was small, 0.6-20 μm high titanium heavy slag powder can fill part of the intercrystalline space, and the compactness of the test block increases.
