电针刺激联合隔姜灸法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用电针刺激联合隔姜灸法治疗周围性面神经麻痹(PFP)的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例选择标准的106例PFP病人按就诊顺序随机分为观察组与对照组各53例,对照组依据PFP治疗标准,给予单纯的口服药物进行治疗,而观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,同时加入电针刺激疗法与隔姜灸法进行治疗,共治疗20d。结果:在中医证候评分与患侧肌电图情况的比较上,两组与治疗前相比均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组的降低程度更为明显(P<0.05);在临床疗效的比较上,在总有效方面,观察组要高于对照组(P<0.05),且在痊愈情况方面,观察组更是远远优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电针刺激联合隔姜灸法治疗PFP的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture stimulation with ginger separating moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis(PFP).Methods:106 PFP patients who met the case selection criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple oral medicine according to the PFP treatment standard,while the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture stimulation therapy and ginger separating moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 20 days.Results:On the comparison of TCM syndrome score and the situation of the affected side electromyogram after treatment,the two groups had different degrees of reduction compared with before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the degree of reduction in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05);For total effectiveness,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group is far superior to the control group in terms of recovery(P<0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture stimulation with ginger separating moxibustion on PFP has significant clinical effect.
